Automated and validated cleaning process In each pharmaceutical production a lot of parts, like e.g. machine components, glasses, bins… are in touch with the product during the manufacturing process. All these parts need to be cleaned after production. The most efficient method concerning validation, time and money, for cleaning is a automated GMP compliant washer. Therefore wash racks will be customized to all the parts which need to be cleaned. These loaded wash racks will be cleaned in a completely qualified automated washer, were all important cleaning parameters are controlled. The wash process itself will be validated and all cleaning batches will be recorded by a batch protocol.
