Stick Packing
In a typical Multilane Stickpack Machine – The Heat Sealable Film is cut into individual Film strips by series of rotating cutters corresponding to the number machine lanes required and then each Film strip conforms around a forming tube where a vertical longitudinal seal is imparted then the horizontal sealer imparts the bottom seal and simultaneously pull the sticks downwards corresponding to the height of the tube. Simultaneously immediately after the bottom seal is imparted the filling commences. The product Fillers i.e. one filler per lane (Liquid / Paste – Piston, Peristaltic Filler etc, Powders & Granules – Micro dozers, Auger Fillers, Cup Fillers, etc.) controls the amount of product to be dispensed into Each Stick. Then the top seal is imparted by the same sealer and the stickpacks are formed.
